We want you to feel comfortable working with us because we show you the utmost trust and respect the moment you contacted us. When you have questions while you are on assignments, we are just a phone call or an e-mail away and will always get back to you within 24 hours.
Open Book Compensation
Total transparency builds long term trust and that is why you’ll always know about much we’re billing for your time, right down to the penny. We are not charging 25%, 30% or even 50% fee, you'll know upfront that our fee is same for everyone: 12% of the bill rate minus corporate taxes. That means if the bill rate is $100/hour, you have $88/hour minus corporate taxes in your pocket. Our recruiter will walk you through the chart in more details at our first meeting.
Saying No to Non-Compete
Because we think of you as a partner, restricting your work options with non-compete agreements will only hurt our relationship. We like freedom, trust and think you will too. You’re part of our team because you choose to be, not because you signed away your rights.
Your Resume’s Gatekeeper
If your resume goes out, you'll know about it. We will never submit it without your permission and only when we agree the opening is a good fit for everyone.
